On the afternoon of 20 December 2025, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL was invited as a guest speaker in the first seminar under the theme of “Introduction to Leadership Skills & Peer Experience Exchange” conducted by Impact Hub Phnom Penh.

Objective of the session:

– Build core leadership skills that help participants advocate confidently in their communities,

– Strengthen understanding of shared leadership through peer experience exchange,

– Explore how inclusive leadership can create supportive environments for people with disabilities,

– Encourage participants to step into leadership roles as positive examples and​community role models.
